  The Basics would be installed, it would have to be up to end user for what content he would use/want.

  Probably a better buy than the generic one on Gearbest. Was going to buy the Gearbest as it's shipping with Android 5 and is cheaper, however this Tronsmart device is a recognised brand and with the coupon works out cheaper.
