Came here last night (Thursday) at 7pm for all you can eat buffet dinner. We didn't book (never did before either) and although it was busy there were a few tables free. We were told that because we didn't book, there was not enough food for us as they only make a certain amount. What a joke. Won't bother coming back.

To be fair, it says "Buffet Dinner - Booking in advance" at the top of the page for the buffet. I reckon that reviewer has been a bit unreasonable.

I don't know how fair or otherwise. Wouldn't you be livid if you booked and they ran out of food and they said we only make a certain amount and all the customers ate too much.

i am trying to avoid reply as not to engage in the argument. I was the one serving you that night and I didn't mention that you can't come in because you didn't booked. That night our food really runs low and I didn't want to make you disappointed with the food as you are paying the buffet price. I did apologize that night because we couldn't serve you. I am sorry you feel offended.

It has since been updated but at the time of my comment it was $29.90 although there was no mention of free soft drinks so maybe that is the reason for the price increase.

They will make the SUSHI rice without any stuff in there. $38, they can buy 10kg sushi rice.
Kumagoro is a fully licensed premises and that is the reason we advertise as free beers and not unlimited beers. It all depends on the circumstances and sometimes we allow customer to have up to 4 beers. We are responsible so that customer don't get intoxicated.
