Picked up a copy of Burnout Paradise for PS3 from BigW in Coffs Harbour today for $10.
They had loads of copies in there. Not sure if this is nation wide so take a look down your local.

According the JB's website, you cant trade in more than 1 of the same title for 'trade 3, get 1 free' and also you cant trade in more than 2 of the same if you're after JB trade credit.
saw this in the terms and conditions:
"Maximum 2 copies of any particular title.
For ‘Free when you Trade’ promotions, no multiples of the same game will be permitted."
what's the difference between the two conditions above it seems like
they contradicted each other?
I think it means if you are just trading in normally, for value towards anything at JB, you can trade in a max of 2 of the same title.
E.g. if you wanted to trade 2 copies of Burnout towards a new Wii console, you can lower the cost of the console by trading in the 2 copies.
But for those games that say (3 trade ins for 1 new game), they will only take at most 1 copy of a title. So you can only trade in 1 burnout + 2 other games to qualify for a game.

I snagged one for $10. They had 4 copies at Watergardens Big-W… I had 2 of them in my hands (looking at the cover), and a poor lady looked so confused trying to buy some PS3 games for her nephews so I gave her one of the two I had in my hands and told her to buy it (she didn't believe me that it was $10 until she scanned it herself).
So… there are two left on the shelf at the moment (4pm Sunday). :)

Personally, I have a great job and could easily buy every copy I come across, but I have a huge hatred of trade baiters. I'd rather see these cheap games actually bought by people who actually want to get some real enjoyment out of them.
Not bought by some douche who'll buy every copy in the store, then sell them at other stores to make a small profit - it's their selfishness that ruins it for the rest.
Shoulda given her Left For Dead 2. The look on her face when the nephews cranked that up would have been gold.
Just got one from Big W at Underwood. I don't know how many there were because the games were all over the place.
Edit: Does anyone know what EB Games pays for this (it's probably low, but not as low as our buy price =])

Probably not enough to be worth it. If it's less than $20, use it for JB's 3 for 1, or leave it for someone else.

unfortunately when good games get this cheap, it gets trade baited, and people who genuinely want to play it at a cheap price can't grab it.
at the end of the day the price gets inflated so you pay more because the trade in price is higher than the retail/sale price. so JB hifi have to sell it for more than $15 to make any money off their deal.

picked up 4 copies today from blacktown big W,
they have $15 trade in value at JBhifi for store credit.
They have about 5 copies at Big W underwood still, but the sign says they're $38 each so no-one's been buying them. I snagged one but couldn't be bothered getting more just for trade bait.

All bigw in SA are out of stock. Kmart were kind enough to price match burnout for 10 and also saints row for 15 from the game.com.au deal

there were 4 or 5 copies in salisbury parabanks big w, snatched 3, one for bro, 1 for sis and one for me:P love it …. used to have it on xbox but my xbox got banned so moving to ps3 now :P and still playing same old game..:)

Must be a Boxing Day sales item too, was on the shelf this arvo along at the store I was at with all the other cheap Boxing day sale games, only like 3 though. Some are cheap, but the better expensive ones were only like $15 off.
