Saw some at Big W store, same price.

    • Yep, I bought 2 boxes last week for $50!

  • Same price in store according to today's Adelaide Advertiser

  • for those who are local, IGA(Taren Point Nsw) still had some left yesterday from the previous deal $22.99

  • FWIW, Looking at the newborn pack

    Woolies (https://www2.woolworthsonline.com.au/Shop/ProductGroup/31021…)
    $50/216 nappies = 23.1c per nappy

    Aldi (https://www.aldi.com.au/en/groceries/baby-care/baby-care-det…)
    $4.65/28pk = 16.6c per nappy

Tried both brands and they both 'fulfil' their purpose

Depends on the age of the baby etc. But different nappies have different results on different kids.

For mine, Aldi nappies leaked from time to time. But I find Comfybots by Coles to be as good as anything else.

Funny you should say that. Out of 4 brands we found the Huggies to be best in Newborn and Infant for both our boy and girl, and kinda stuck with them. Only recently switched the boy to Aldi as he's pretty much toilet trained now, only for overnight, and we found that we were having to change him through the night. But we're now also having major issues since switching to Toddler in Huggies for our girl. We've seen perfectly fresh clean nappies leak through and 50% of mornings her pants are feeling a little damp around the bum. Luckily we're on to our last box for her! Not sure why I bought a couple of Huggies Newborn boxes last week for our soon to be #3. I think Huggies have lost the plot in recent times!

Out of 4 brands we found the Huggies to be best in Newborn and Infant for both our boy and girl…

This is essentially what we found, in the smaller sizes they are head & shoulders above all of the other brands IME…but as the sizes increase the disparity becomes somewhat smaller.

FWIW, we've had good experiences with both the Aldi nappies & ComfyBots as well. A mate's wife told me the big secret for preventing leaks from all brands is to be pedantic about making sure that little frilly flap thing is tucked out all the way around the leg seals, she hasn't steered me wrong yet! ;)
