I'd advise against ordering anything online from them. I submitted an order with Rays Outdoors two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. They also haven't responded to my email from a week ago.
I've only dealt with click & collect, of which I had confirmation within an hour at a local store for the $1 golf umbrellas
