Hi all, for those who missed this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/189790 i saw one a pile of them at officeworks yesterday (sunday) on the clearance table out the front, going for $27 down from $69.
Had a quick look on the website, and it wasn't listed. Didn't manage to get a photo and did not purchase as I dont need one, but thought some people on here may be interested!

whats it like? I assume its not the wireless model. does it play all xvid and mp4s (you know the usual downloadable video files)

Got one of these and it's solid - no network connectivity, but decent stand alone player for the usual formats (seems on par with my WDTV in that respect).
UI is better than the cheap Chinese ones too.
There were about five of these left at Bondi Junction OW last week for $10. Not sure if they're still there.
Recently bought a projector for caravaning holidays and needed a media player with Analog out. Picked one of these up.
Export MP4's straight from iTunes to a laptop drive and plug it into this thing. Works a treat with easy to use GUI.
I stole one of these reasonably recently from the post office for $10
