2) Some factors your not including: cost of the squad, cost of starting 11 and wage bills COMPARE to other teams.
3) And compare net spending of FSG compare to other owners.

1/ No, not really. We get to see how much he has spent on players he wanted in. Not on players who forced their way out of the club.

@Where's_That_Cake: 1) you can't measure spending power, if you don't take into consideration sales revenue. Example man city might have a net spend $100 (purchase $100m and zero sales). Whereas spurs and liverpool, net sales can be like 3m and $20m. This is why net spend is a better indication as it shows that man city might be investing 5 times more than other teams. Although total spending can be the same.
@Where's_That_Cake: 2) in a game its 11 vs 11. Not squad vs squad. Both are actually important. If you don't have a lot of games or injury you can get away with a good starting 11.
