      You are not meant to claim both but the TRS guy wont check and I doubt the ATO would check either

        The TRS guy will ask for a receipt showing that you paid the GST before he gives the 10% back to you.

        Yeah they never checked. You can just bring a photocopy invoice and the original invoice is never stamped.
