    I ordered one of these.
    The quality of the voice transmitted is very bad.
    the person on the other side hears a very muffled voice. very difficult to understand.
    Many a time, the vice breaks up and distorts.

    the sound balance between the connection notification and actual voice is very bad.
    I want a refund for this product!
