      You can use the gift card online! So I think you can bypass these location restrictions if you book online (But I'm pretty sure you have to pay the $1.50 booking fee).

        Thanks for the reply, im not interested in this personally, but you should add the link to your 'instructions' at the top of the page - probably somewhere in 'step one' where you include your referral link, that way other ozbargainers can 'enjoy' some referral credit too!
