You Need to cook. They are not frozen but was in fridge.
So can I only roast these in the oven? Or can I make Hainan chicken rice with them?
You can make anything with it. They are good for roast because of the massive size of chicken. I bought one today and that big boy was 2.9kg….
Careful of Woolies over in Kalgoorlie, had myself a free blowfly sealed in my roast chook baggy last time I was there! :p
Were the employees who processed the chickens treated as free range or caged? Google Baiada (owner of Steggels) and slave labour. Sometimes a bargain just isn't an ozbargain. I know some of you don't care about this, but you should.
90% of chicken come from Baiada KFC used them to. Yes slave labour.
Ordered 4 of these big boys, will pick up tonight, hopefully not out of stock
