        Hi Rep, I did what you said but unfortunately I was told the order has already shipped. I am a bit annoyed that it took 21 hours for someone to read this email and get back to to tell me there is nothing they can do now.

        Is there anything you can do to help me get my case around the same time as the tablet without charging me additional shipping fees?

        you say you emailed gb about 21 hours ago, right? well shenzhen is gmt+8. that could mean that your order was received, processed, packed and ship before the sales department read your email.

        the case comes with free registered post shipping. you need to spend closer to usd200 for free dhl.

        Most importantly, you read and acknowledged my request straight away on here. I followed your instructions as you asked and yet it didn't work. What else could I have done?

        @concento: Yeah the store association tag can be confusing, but it's the most appropriate. I'm partnered with the Marketing team to post deals here.

        As for them not responding in 21 hours. They will typically respond within 24-48 hours as mentioned here so they still contacted you within the time frame, but unfortunately it was too late as the item was already shipped. You would have to order the case and probably select free shipping if you still want it and don't want to pay for shipping.
