  • Not sure I'm interested after being let down before.

    • what did you buy and what happened?

      • I ordered DR700 in a deal they sent me via e-mail.
Tim asked me to send my credit card details through to process, which I did straight after receiving his e-mail.

Never heard a thing after that even though I sent a few follow up e-mails!

        • Hi, I am sorry to hear that. We had such a huge response to our DR700 sale that it must have slipped through. Apologies for that. If you are not able to check out on our website, let me know I will look after it and process your order straight away.

        • @Brightgreen: So you will still offer them for $7 a piece? That was the offer at the time.

        • Seems not

        • @whodidthat: Sorry for the late reply but we do not work weekends. Can you please send me an email with more details (the number of lights you were after and previous correspondence) to [email protected]. Thanks!

        • @Brightgreen: e-mail sent.

    shipping?

are these plug in lights or wired to mains?

    230-240v?

    any more pics? video?

    • Hi,

Please visit https://brightgreen.com/led-lights/sl3500-retrofit-shop-ligh… for more images and more specs. You can download the data sheet on the bottom of the page.

Yes it is 230-240v and it comes with a plug. You can choose if you wanna plug it in or cut the plug off.

      • From the datasheet, lumens is stated as 2844 lm (75 lm/W) for the 4000K, not 3100 lm / 84lm/W.

Sorry my fault. I had another colour temperature in this offer before but it was changed just before I published it. I updated the information here.

    • There's a product page at: https://brightgreen.com/led-lights/sl3500-retrofit-shop-ligh…

And here's a datasheet and brochure:

      • Shipping costs $15.

      • Thanks for the link.

According to the datasheet, max ambient temp allowed is 50 degrees. If I am going to mount these in my roof space for the garage - I suppose this would not be recommended? I have measured temps up to 55 degrees in the roof space in summer.

        • Hi, I spoke with one of our engineers and he said you could use it but it might decrease the lifespan of the light.

        • @Brightgreen:
thanks, makes sense and I guess would be ok since these lights will only be on at night where the temp should be a lot lower.

          Is the 6500k version available?

        • @highon2str: Please send me an email to [email protected] with the number of lights you would need. I will check with my colleague.

  • Are you an Australian company? Your website is certainly scant for any identifiable information.
Are you Brightgreen Pty Ltd in Vic, ABN 96 130 818 852?
    Are the prices AUD?

Edit: Right, yes you are. https://brightgreen.com/ has info.
