Mighty Ape did great with their pre-orders! They have start the shipment process last Friday and I just received my copy 1 1/2 hour ago. I believe they have a warehouse in Australia tho.

Huh.. when I pre-ordered a couple of months ago it was $79.. time to query a price drop I think.
Definitely dropped, likely in response to Big Ws pricing. I check it out a couple of days back, and it was $79.
It's their policy to honour release day pricing, so just make sure you get your $10 back when you pick it up (if you've already paid the full amount).
I learnt my lesson when price dropped and JB hifi said they would direct debit the gap amount and didn't. Now I only ever put on the minimum deposit amount when pre-ordering a game.
I wonder if it will deliver on the release date (Brisbane area). Thanks for sharing, I was waiting to hear of some deals for this game, very quiet just 2 days before.
Ordered anyway, it said they would deliver a day before the due date, which would be tomorrow anyway. Thanks poster.

So does it mean if you dont pre-order you dont get the Harley Quinn DLC?
Typically they'll include the DLC with all first run copies of the game. So if you pick up with the game within the first week or so (while stocks last), you should get it whether you pre-order or not (it's printed on the front of the packaging).
And are pre-orders usually worth it? does the price usually come down quickly?

I pre-ordered it 3 months ago on Ozgameshop for $68 and they posted it yesterday. Hmm, time to think of any preorders in the future.
I've stopped using Ozgameshop entirely, they're just not worth the trouble anymore. Back when they were selling new release games at $55 each, it was worth the 2 weeks it would take for shipping. Now, they're roughly the same price as local places on release.
I preordered the collectors edition - Statue version from JB but can't find any mention of it on the website anywhere. Anyone know If this version was cancelled to? I hadn't seen anything

For those without a JB near, I just bought my PS4 copy at Big W in South Yarra for 69. They have a box full of Xbox and PS4 copies they are just not on display yet.
