Probably not. They might argue that it is a best before date, not a use-by date.
Foods with a 'best before' date can legally be sold after that date provided the food is fit for human consumption.
Foods with a "use by" or expiry date cannot be sold after that date.

Robberbutton has nailed it. You need to select delivery only. Click and collect prices are rrp. I had click and collect set then changed to delivery and yeah what a difference in pricing.
