I believe any account holder who enter EDR card number then use promo code above and will possibly get discount. It does not matter if they have received offer via email/mail etc.

code doesnt work and is targeted, unless someone wants to try giving me their EDR number to get points for them (i entered in an EDR card without getting the email). it might be EDR or email targeted.
Tried both TENOFF09 and TEN09 codes online with my mum's EDR card, which she hardly ever scans. Threw in over $100 into the cart, entered each code and both were rejected saying I'm not eligible for those codes.

She didn't receive any emails with codes, no. The codes might simply be linked with the EDR card number, rather than linked with the email address. Makes more sense that it'd be linked to the EDR card, imo.
