Hi all,
I was doing some online research, as i am in the market to buy a beginner DSLR. Debating over Canon or Nikon. My budget is around the $500 mark. I managed to stumble upon this, which is at The Good Guys. I have call a couple of my local stores who, don't stock it but, can order it or buy from The Good Guys website.
Price seems pretty good. It cheaper than imported stock and, has a 2 year warranty.
I have posted as it seems cheap and, tried to compare against other retailers.

I had the Nikon D3200 it's slow and limited, sure it's better than Canon offerings.
I wouldn't look at anything less than Nikon D7000 which would smoke it.
I would be looking at cheap micro 4/3rd camera on Ebay for a $400 budget.
Get micro 4/3 camera, or go to dslr higher end model.
Camera can be had for at least $50 less elsewhere, as others in here have already provided links too.
So expensive.
