It is good to see your FAQ clearly addresses two issues often avoided by other online retailers:

Who pays the postage costs if an item has to be returned?
If a full refund has been approved and you have been provided a Return Authorisation number, we are obliged under the Trade Practices Act to pay the return shipping fees.

I do not have the original packaging of my item, so can I still return it?
Yes, you can still return the item without the original packaging as long as you can provide suitable packaging for the return of the item. Naturally we would prefer the original packaging as long as it is still in reasonable condition.

  • How long is the sale for?

    • From 17 June to 30 June.

How does that compare to this?
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/21inch-120w-LED-Work-Light-BAR-Sp…

    Australian based
    Same wattage
    3" smaller
    Epistars
    Free wiring harness
    Cheaper

    • How does that compare to this?

      They are probably the same.

      3" smaller

Both state the light bar length itself is 540mm long (21").
Voilamart's 24" length must include the brackets, the eBay product description gives a total length including brackets of 24.7".

    • Found a difference.

The eBay light bar description states their lens is "tempered glass".

Voilamart's description state their lens is "PC", assuming polycarbonate.

Glass lenses can crack/shatter when struck, so a polycarbonate lens might be a desired feature.

(I fell off a small cliff one night. Luckily a Jaycar HID torch broke my fall - its polycarbonate lens directly striking a pointy rock. The torch was a little worse for wear, but the lens had naught but a scratch.)

  • They all use 3 watt Cree's. Seem to be available in 3, 5 & 10 watt. Might as well go for 10 watt for the most light from smallest area.

    • It is hard to buy 10 watt Cree LED's Light Bar for such a low price. 10 watt Cree's normally takes over $1000.
