As per title, just click the link and enter email address and then download the programme. It seems to work only on windows and on one computer, if I find out a way to use in a different way I will let you know.
I just tried on my windows 8 tablet going to Bbc website on Chrome and after switching to on and correct region it unlocked the content and I can also download which is great.
