You can get 1 for a $1 at Woolworths by spending $30 on groceries in-store.
The good thing about these, at least as a Windows Phone user (not sure about others), you can use the credit towards making purchases from the Windows Store.
It's the only reason why I purchase these starter kits when they go on sale.
Can also use it to purchase Android apps (up to $20 per transaction).
Supposedly the limit has changed, well according to comments on the $1 Telstra deal.
These come up on sale for $15 quite regularly it seems. Probably better off waiting for better deal unless absolute desperate.
