    I've been taking beetroot powder by itself and noticed performance boost(…and purple turds) and thats 2-3 teaspoons a serve. This mix is only two teaspoons a serve but has a million other things in it? I'm always skeptical of something with so much stuff thrown together, are you getting enough of any one ingredient to make a difference? Oh well free sample , now what colour will I get out of this I wonder…
