Much more stock?
Plenty in carindale Westfield qld
Lucky me, got the last one
Just out of curiosity, what do people use this thing for?
oh nice, I was about to buy fittings for $5 alone
might as well get a hose with it
Nothing on the Gold Coast ;(
Great price.
According to the website all the stores around me (inner Brisbane) are out of stock
Gotta love a long hose…
They squirt the best
Perfect for when I'm washing my car on the front lawn in my jocks. :-p
great buy if the hose is ok.
most of the cheapies kink so badly you throw them away after a couple of weeks.
Insert kinky hose joke here
On a serious question though, can you change the hose on the holder?
the holder is pretty flimsy and the hole quite thin, but seemed to be able to be clipped if needed.
Just bought 2 in keysborough.its advertised at $10 but when scanned it say $5 each
For those who own this, how good is the reel in operation?
I don't thing there is an actual wind up mechanism. You "reel" it in by wrapping the hose up around the unit
correct, no wind up handle, but a manual wrap around the unit
Damn couldn't find any at watergardens big w
Just FYI I was able to find 2 at Stafford even though the website said there was none. None more left on the shelf at Stafford after me (sorry!), but worth checking around even if it's showing no stock.
Hose fittings - definitely one item I don't look for cheap.
+1, also for the hose and reel. There was a deal a while back for one that's supposed to be good. I'm waiting for a good deal on it to return.
I bought some today. This is like a miniature hose kit, very much smaller compared to your normal hose size.
Agreed, it's pretty small
Thought these would be well gone by now. Had to drop into a Big W for something else and saw a few of these still on the shelf (at Karingal - SE Melb). Their price tag still said $19 but scanned up at the $5.
Yes, quite small but handy for me to have one just inside the garage for the front yard, washing cars, etc.
Bloody Bargain!
took a workmate down and got one each from the Big W in joondalup; no ticket and only found 2 on a random shelf in gardening section, but $5!
Build quality seems average, and the hose is actually quite small (as in the width of the hose, 10m in length) but for something small to water the front shrubs I reckon it's a great deal.
Price in title please.$5 was $19
