I think it says $10 voucher for $100 or more spend .. where does it mention for "every" $100 ??

"every 100 or more" properly means you only get the 10 once even if you spend 1000. Otherwise it would say just "every 100" only
Clarity is needed here, also there should be terms and conditions, which dont seem to be anywhere. This would have to exclude the purchase of gift cards, and gift cards should be able to be used for a $100 spend. Doubt you would be able to buy a $100 gift card with $10 bonus, then spend the gift card on a $100 purchase for another $10.
Conversely it would say just "100 or more" only if it definitely meant what you claim - without the word "every".
As crownanchor said, clarity is needed, as it currently can go either way.

Funny, the email I got does not say 'Receive a $10 voucher for every $100 or more spent in-store' on top left.
Instead it says 'Shop the sale before everybody else!'.
Have they quickly changed the promo terms I wonder :(
I would assume that you wouldn't be able to use $10 voucher that night. Usually you can use it the next day or sometime throughout the sale.

I also recall a few years ago, they did a $75 spend and a $15 voucher for a $30 spend or something like that. It also was per $75 spend, so $150 gave two $15 vouchers, so this $10 deal is not as good as previous offers.
