  • whoops

  • Interestingly, when you click to do the $5 deal, it says it's a free 2 month trial.
    After clicking "find out more":
Start your FREE 2 month UNLIMITED trial membership and get access to new releases and Blu-ray.

    • Comes up with the normal 14 day free trial when I click it

  • can i just borrow ALL of there movies or is there a limit?

  • This does not work as intended, you get the splash page, but because there is no promo code in the link, it just points you to the normal 14 day trial.

  • seems good deal for $5

  • seems like a good deal but i cant get the link to work? likewise it redirects me to a 2 week trial?

  • I've always wanted to know, how long does postage take? (So I could work out the theoretical limit to how many movies you can get/watch/return in a month for each package). I want to know if it would be cheaper to just keep going to my local place, rather than getting a quickflix subscription.

    • About 2 days. With a full membership (ie not a trial membership), you can mark DVDs as returned once they're in the letterbox (or maybe slightly before? :P ) and they mail out the next dvd the next business day.

      • so 10*number of dvd's you can have at a time… so 20 or 30 depending on the plan. not that people are likely to reach that. I think my local place is still cheaper. Less choice though.

        • Factor in petrol too. Seeing the full plan is about $30 I think, even if you got 10 DVDs, which is very easy to do, that'd only $3 per DVD which is a good price if you're getting new releases and not having to drive around picking them up.
