I was checking out Runtastic apps and found the In App Purchase for the full version of 6-pack abs trainer is currently free.
The normal Runtastic model is get the app for free, then pay a couple of bucks for the full version with no adds in app.

To redeem, get the free app. Go to menu and select purchase full version. In App purchase will come up for free, just accept.

Not sure how long this is valid for, redeemed on iPhone.
