This coffee is grown in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, south of Brazil. The farm, Fazenda Ouro Verde is owned by a private family. They grow varieties of coffees. This particular honey process coffee boasts medium to high body (depending on the roast), chocolate raisin sweetness throughout the cup. Amazing coffee from Brazil.     we place them in a valved bag, the coffee is placed in the bag and sealed and the remaining air will be squeezed out from the valve. The coffee as it is fresh roasted, will have some gas out still, just keep pressing out the gas (co2) whenever you see the bag starts to puff out. They will be good for 2-3 months as long as you push the air out, some people place them in small individual zip sandwich bags and freeze them (200 gram each) and take one out from freezer for each you want to use.

    Another way is to share-buy with your friends or family (cheaper for you too)
