1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The promotion is open to individual Australian residents from 9:00am (AEDT) 16March, 2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 24thMay 2015 (“Promotion Period”). Officers, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
4. To be eligible for the corresponding cash back, participants must purchase from a participating retailer in the Maxwell International Australia Distribution Channel any of the following Eligible Purchases during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Claimant”):

   (b) input the requested details including full name, a valid email address, lens serial number, Electronic Funds Transfer details and submit a copy of their tax invoice (proof of purchase)
9. Failure to produce the proof of Eligible Purchase when requested by the Promoter will result in the invalidation of that claim and the forfeiture of any right to a cash back.
10. Cash backs will be paid to the Eligible Claimant within 30 days of the Promoter verifying the claim by way of Electronic Funds Transfer. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct details. Delays and non-payment of claims that arise as a result of supplying incorrect details are the responsibility of the participant to be accepted as a condition of participating in this promotion.
