Could you still get manufacturers warranty on this?
You can't have your cake and eat it as well so the answer is no, you're importing this from another country so there will be no warranty in Australia. You can send them back to Spain however if there is a problem either via Amazon or to the service centre direct (however they will likely not send them back to Australia so you will need to organise a shipping forwarder which may be very difficult to do).
That's what I suspected.

I bought a set of QC15 in Japan and three months later the right piece stopped working.
Went into a Bose store and they replaced my unit on the spot and also gave me a full Australian warranty after that.
Note: the warranty states specifically that warranty claims are to be made in the same country so I may have been lucky.

Just call them up and say what's the best price. They will say something like 370 or so. Then say they were on sale at Myer/David Jones/HN for 350 a week ago, can you match that. They will usually sell it at that price.

gave my mrs a try on my QC25 on a 7 hr flight and she refuses to fly without it :(
I managed to get QC20i for $224 for myself. I still like QF25 far more.
Ps: consider to buy this ONLY for NC. Sound is very average. @ work i use a kickass in ear headphone stacked with qc25 it blocks ALL noise completely. Some people @ my work laugh like a hyena all day long.
