    you're meant to click on the account confirmation link, then choose a password, login to your account and in your member info add a postal address

      that's what i did. it emails saying tickets posted via mail. Others might just sign up and expect them emailed.

      yeah the way their system works is you only create a free account while there are non-paying member tickets available to claim. otherwise the only other option is to pay $15 for a "social" account.

  Had to email them to make sure they had postal address. If you haven't already done so, do it asap as it seemed it was urgent at their end!
