Are you sure they are aussie seller. I noticed the local phone numbers. However, they don't seem to have a .au domain name.
@gunnny: They do have an ABN listed at the bottom however the jurisdiction of law is Hong Kong SAR as per their terms and conditions. So I think you will be dealing with the Hong Kong company entity instead of the Australian one when you buy from them, which means no ACL

There are more bands supported, the 700mhz band 28 4G is especially important for use here.I heard this phone may has some compatibility problems due to intel cpu.
You heard correct. Many apps crash on the x86 hardware. I have the original zenfone 6 and it would be great if not for that.

Same, lacks 700 and 850. Dual sim phones are usually for China and therefore usually only have frequencies for China.
