    They won't. The RS160 headphones use digital (Kleer) transmission and these use RF.

    I believe RF should run over a bigger distance (more then 10m). Also this can be connected to things that do not have bluetooth (like a TV for example) because it comes with a base too. It depends on what you need it I guess.
