Maybe I'm missing something but this doesn't seem like a good deal if you consider Saints Row IV is currently on sale right now on Steam. You can get the base game for $4.99 then the Commander-in-Chief Pack for another $0.99 USD which is basically what this deal is from what I can tell.

Also, I'm pretty sure the game requires Steam even if you get it on-disc from this deal.
