I was silly enough to forget my headphones at home on the one occasion where I have decided to try to get ahead on some work at a cafe. I went looking for something to tide me by and spotted these. They have a RRP of AUD 199, and a quick check online dictates that they can be had for AUD 158 + postage. Jb's price for AUD 139.95 is looking pretty good if you need them now, especially if you can find them in store an avoid shipping costs. It does look like a special only for the RED version though.

    yeah the sony headphones often go for half price during EOFY and post-christmas sales. remember walking into a sony store sometime at the start of the year and all the headphones was 50% off.

      I know what you mean. I didn't get these in the end as I wanted something with noise cancelling this time around. No time to wait for EOFY before my Europe trip though.

    I tried this headphone out in store at JB after reading this deal. Unfortunately, for guys with larger sized heads, it doesn't sit well and can easily fall off! Better to save up and get the over-ear model instead!
