My order is currently in Sweden according to the tracking… What kind of postal arrangement does Allbuy use that an item dispatched from China has to go through Sweden and waste all that time in transit…
Where do you see its location? Can you see it when you login on their website?
You can't see it on the full website, however if you view the mobile site on your phone and check the Order page it should tell you the tracking number and latest status.
Mine says Uzbekistan. The tracking doesn't even work, the website it links to is just a generic tracker for dozens of shipping agencies and not be relied upon.

I ordered 4 different items from Allbuy on the 01-05, they shipped all four orders separately on the 5th, if it's 25 days, I should get it next week or start of next month, if it's business days, god give me patience, lol!

I've ordered the Piston 2 and Piston 3 which also shipped on the 5th and am still waiting on mine as well.
The Piston 3 has an estimated shipping time of 12-25 days but the Piston 2 has an estimated shipping time of 7-14 days and its already been longer than that. Tried emailing them yesterday but didn't get a reply.
I also see the "Buyer Protection" bit they have at the bottom of the page which states:
On-Time Delivery
Full refund if product cannot be shipped within Promised Shipping time.
Promised Shipping Time will be showed on every product page.
Highly doubt they'll honour it but I wouldn't mind the long wait if my earphones are free.

I also had the 7-14 days and 12-25 days, but I'm being super patient and will wait 25 business days before I start complaining.
Since my order cost a few hundred all up, I'd be celebrating a refund haha, but I also highly doubt it.

Can I ask when you ordered them, and when they "shipped"? I ordered on the 1st and I got an email on the 5th saying they were shipped.
I ordered on 28/4 and was shipped on 30/4. Have been burning-in those Pistons since last night and feel that they have loosen up a bit. Haven't tested them much yet but I felt the mids are more forward compared to the 2.1 and the lows and highs are them same to me. Design wise, these are much improved over the 2.1 as they fit very comfortably in my ears whereas the 2.1 metal parts are pressing against my ears and feel very uncomfortable, in fact, painful after a certain amount of time. I'm so tempted to order another pair as spares but I already have my current 2.1, a new 2.1 unopened in the box as spares and this 3.0. Yes, these are THAT good for the money!
I've actually ordered 7 of the 2's and 3 of the 3's haha. I'm actually planning to sell these at my business, hence I ordered more, but I'll be taking a 3.0 for myself, and a 2.1 as a spare. Can't wait to try these bad boys.
Got mine today. Appear to be genuine, only difference I saw when comparing to this video was mine didn't have the second barcode sticker on the side of the box, and it had a different (what I think is the) serial number. Sound great as far as I can tell, though I'm no expert. Scanning the little QR code on the wire goes to a Chinese site that says they're genuine to. I'm happy :)
How on earth did you manage to scan the code? I've been trying to get my QR scanner app to focus on it but it keeps unfocusing by itself, absolutely infuriating
I was using the app Red Laser; as soon as it focussed it recognised the QR code and displayed the link for me. yeah a bit awkward since the thing is so small, but it worked fine.
EDIT: I mean the tiny little QR code attached to the wire, not the one on the cardboard packaging.
Yeah received mine. Sounds better than the standard apple earphones so I'm guessing its legit. I've never used in-ear earphones. Do they cause 'more' hearing damage? Thats my main concern. Feels kind of weird in-ear, almost like it doesn't belong in that hole.
Just don't put your volume on full blast and you'll be fine.
Hmmm, there is pros and cons as far as I see, not sure whether they are worse in terms of "causing more hearing damage" but in ears usually provide better isolation, allowing you to listen to lower volume.

Works on my Nexus 5 and my Galaxy Tab S 10.5. At first it wasn't working on the Tab, but then I noticed one of the buttons was jammed in. Got it unstuck and now it seems to be fine. Unplugged and re-plugged it a few times too.
Same on my moto g 2g. The play button works though.

Came yesterday. Nothing to compare them too as I have never owned or heard from previous pistons. Music sounds alright and I have yet to "burn them in".

Only the center button will 'work' with an iPhone.

I got mine yesterday, I'm not an audiophile but they seem OK but considering the hype I have to admit I expected more. I favor a bassier sound and initially these don't seem to be doing it for me but the mids and highs are very clear, but I'll use them some more going forward and see how they go. One things for sure they are very comfortable and I'm not a fan of in-ear sets. I got these for work so for the $20 odd I paid they will do fine. Previously at work I was using my freebie DSE UE4000 on-ears and they were great. As to whether they are genuine I have no idea what I'm looking for to confirm that they are the real deal, can anyone help what to look for?

Can anyone tell me how long it went from dispatched to their front door? I tried to put the same tracking number in the Auspost website but unfortunately there's no tracking on their side so I'm not sure how much longer until it moves along a step.

I rang Auspost, they said they're the local carrier for the shipment I had, and once it's departed Sweden, you can expect another 10-15 business days for it to arrive. So if it hasn't left Sweden yet, you're in for a long wait.
I wouldn't worry too much about the shipments.

The tracking information provided isn't accurate at all. I've received my set about 1 week ago but it is still listed as "inTransit"

I still haven't received mine and I'm going through the Paypal process to get my money back. I don't understand why there would be such large variance on the shipping times. Did everyone get theirs in the regular mail? I ordered mine 27 April and they claim to have sent it on 5 MayIt's been a month now. I'm definitely never shopping with Allbuy again.

I've asked them about their "guarantee" that the products would arrive on time in several emails but they've ignored that every time, and that "guarantee" has also very conveniently disappeared from their website. Good thing I took a screenshot of it just in case.

I ordered 4 different items, ONE of my items (headphones, I also ordered power bank, led lights, etc) arrived today. The Tracking number still shows "deported from Sweden" so the tracking is absolutely useless. I'm still waiting on the other 3 even though they were all shipped same day and the tacking shows they all left Sweden the same day.
So it appears there's some variance in delivery times even for items sent together… Rubbish delivery system.
I can confirm the headphones are 100% genuine and for the price… They sound fantastic.
I'm definitely very hesitant to buy from Allbuy ever again, unless they offer some different delivery options.
In my situation i asked for a refund and sent a paypal dispute. Allbuy provided a refund in USD instead of AUD which was roughly $1.8 less of what i initially paid.
So you might get a partial refund unless you are prepared to go further with it
This is the first time I've had to make a claim, and I'm waiting for Allbuy's escalated response. What was the process for you to get your money back?
I first did the refund through Allbuy, didn't get a response.
Then made a dispute to paypal. Which they replied a few days later
Allbuy sent a payment to me for $18+ USD (They are meant to do it via the Paypal dispute)
I called Paypal about the remaining money, they said not to deal with them anymore. Made me close the case and they gave me the remaining $2+.
Overall its not too much trouble, slight hassle but kinda dodgy that Allbuy sent a payment instead of refunding it via the dispute. Guess that's how they try to make a profit.
They've just replied my paypal dispute with exactly the same contents of when I email them - this is the tracking number, give 15-25 working days (seriously working days!?), please wait. Not sure why they gave you a refund so readily as they're putting up a bit of a fight with me, though I did order two sets so mine is worth $27.98 USD.
@azz: Oh i ordered 28/05 but paid for expedited shipping which stated 7-9 days for shipping. I waited 5 days and hadn't shipped it yet, so i requested a refund.
I'm sure that since yours is shipped it would arrive sometime soon
@rakkihizoku: Ah that makes a bit more sense. I'm just a bit miffed that they had the gall to put up that "buyer protection guarantee" when they had no intention to honour it. They've now pulled it from the site at least but they should honour it considering I have a screenshot of it at the bottom of the page with my order details!

About a month to arrive.
Finally got mine on the bloody 25th working day (34 days all up!) since postage. Might still have a go at them because nowhere did it say that the 15-25 day estimate was working days, until I started asking. Mine was ordered 1/5, posted 5/5, received 9/6.
Got a v2 and a v3, and the v3 are more balanced with a better soundstage I think while my v2 are relatively bassy.
Great earphones for a great price but the slow postage and poor communication means that I won't be buying from allbuy again.

Ordered 2 on 30 April. Received today in my Parcel Locker (Kingsford, Sydney). Very nicely packaged and seem they solidly built. They sound very good to me - nice bass, good detail. Pause and volume controls work with my Nexus 5. Haven't tried making a call with them yet. I wasn't in a rush for delivery. Pretty happy overall - seems like really good quality and sound for the price.
