  • cool. Might try this one.

I've come to really hate the KOGAN blender due to its dodgy silicone lid that doesn't properly seal the jug.

    • How do you know this one isn't worse ?

      • Looks like this one have locking clips judging from the picture. I could be wrong.. Anyone own this?

  • The $119 blenders shown look like chinese copies of a Vitamix blender, with a few noticeable differences, and likely some unnoticeable differences too. It might be ok for ocassional use, but there is a reason it is $119, and why a Vitamix is $800+. Take a look at your local Gloria Jeans or cafe and see what they are using. It might be ok for low powered blending, but I suspect it would struggle or burn out fast under heavier loads.

Logik blenders are being used by a large number of cafes and restaurants across Australia. Including Cold Rock Ice-Creamery in Sydney.
The truth behind the low price: Close The Deal is the only one not ripping you off.

You're here for bargains, this is definitely one.

Here is an independent review of the 2200W model.

  • I just brought the $50 mixer - fingers crossed that it performs just like a $800 Kenwood :)

Would have tried the Blender too but had just got the Myer deal One for $50

  • The blender looks remarkably like the ones from Aldi. Price is about the same. Aldi one has 5 year warranty. Have been using it for a bit and have no issues with it.

  • ill pass with the 2200w logik. thats just the same as the aldi and kogan with the same dodgy lid. 3-5yrs of messy blending.

i am eyeing the 1600w with the square lid.

Strange as I have had no issues with the lid at all. Not one leak in the 2 years we have had it aside from the time the lid wasnt put on.

      • aldi, kogan or logik? definitely the kogan lids isn't a proper fit. there are hundreds of complaints about it including the two that i bought (one for me and one for the inlaws). kogan dont see it as a problem enough to warrant for a refund. thtas prob only da problem i have with it.

went to costco and saw the blentec on demo. @$500+ tho. i've seen how those beast grind ipads, wooden sticks, etc, in youtube.

        • Aldi one for me.

  • As a mother's day present, I'd much prefer the boxset of Scrubs to cooking/kitchenware/vacuums/anything that reminds me of housework. And who actually buys my mother's day present from the kids? Oh, that would be me! Thank you JB HiFi.

  • Hey OP can we get the commercial blender at this price ($100) again? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/154217

  • Ah you got me OP, couldn't find any bad reviews on the net. Hopefully there is no re-call for this blender like all the other nutrimax copies!
