This has been as low as $9.99 15 months ago so figured this is a good price if you are want to own the trilogy. Here is the description from Amazon website.

On PC, Mass Effect will include Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included which features Zaeed – The Price of Revenge, The Firewalker Pack, Cerberus Assault Gear, Arc Projector heavy weapon, and Normandy Crash site mission. For Mass Effect 3, Online Pass will be included granting players access to co-op multiplayer.

    Just add a US address to your Amazon Address Book and use that when checking out. Quite common to use the LVH Hotel address:

    I know what you mean, I am only missing dragon age 2 so decided to skip it. most other games were free at some point or are part of larger bundles eg C&C collection
