      This saves the Pet in the dark weather as the flashing light can be seen from a distance and the Pet can be saved.

      Docked tails have been illegal in Australia for about 10 years I believe.
      My partner had a rescue dog (boxer) who had a docked tail, poor thing found it very hard to show other dogs he wanted to play & be friendly.. resorted to shaking his whole bum around instead.
