      They're horrible to actually use. I love it how they claim buying the app is what gets you results. Rather than boring, painful workouts lol.

        yeah agree the workouts suck….

        Like their Ab app, its just crunches… and it counts… but you need to hold the phone on your chest… crunch crunch crunch… variety required…
