It's a special item that is not sold instore/online. It's a "purchase with purchase" bonus that is considered "special" to regular buyers and collectors. They do a special of this kind each Mother's Day and also a special for Valentine's Day each year. It's not worth hundreds like their instore frames but they would probably ask $60 to $80 for it if they sold it. If you were planning on buying something there anyway, it's a nice little extra.
While purchasing it's a good idea to become a member of the BE Swarovki "club" for jewellery buyers. After you have spent a certain amount each year ($500 I think) and make a couple of purchases each year you get a gift voucher of about $50 value. It's free to join this, unlike the SCS membership which costs annually.
I would pay $5 if it was metal and it didn't have the heart that makes it look cheap. That is if it is really metal and not "chromed" plastic. Does it mention the size anywhere? The aspect ratio looks a bit long, so would mean cropping some sides off your portrait so as not to have gaps at the top and bottom.
A bit of a joke really, and not what you would call a bargain after spending $220 for over priced product.
^^THAT.
Any ideas on how much this thing is worth if bought seperately? It doesnt look like its worth more than $30 (but at Swarovski's prices, it would be set at an RRP of $99).
