    Suggestion:

    Facebook page - Pay to boost the page or a post about the sale. Target WA customers, mainly restrict it to a female audience. Cost you maybe $80 for a week and you'll notice a spike in views etc. Maybe do a giveaway for when you reach 100 likes, to promote people to share the page with friends, and new customers to like you.

    Get the audience on Facebook, and you'll get them looking at your page :)
