Has anyone used the Coolermaster GX2 Pro PSU 650watt, is it any good?
It's not bad, here's a review for the 750W of the original GX II Series:

GX II Pro replaced all the capacitors with Japanese ones.
Thanks!
Anyone used the CM Storm Recon? Gonna to use it for backup for my Logitech G400 mouse that might fail at any time, had to opened it to fix the problem.
I have and still use it after 2 years. It is durable and no problem but the only negative I have is the grey paint around your thumb placement becomes black over the time.
What kind of issue are you having with the G400?
I have an original G400 and a G400S; both have been going strong for years now.
The mouse will randomly disconnect and connect, and sometimes the mouse goes dead till the computer is restarted. Appears to be a common problem with the mouse. Fix is to open it up and push the cable in a bit. Its actually a very tight fit so you realistically I just pushed the cable in 5mm. I screwed up the mouse wheel in the process didn't assemble it right so it doesn't click when you scroll it. Too lazy to fix it bah. Just 5X the chance i would accidentally scroll it when i click it
When i got this mouse i wanted the MX518 but it was already out of stock and superseded.
Interesting; something to keep in my mind, I never heard of this.
Does it look like the solder point where the cable connects to the PCB is in need of some resoldering or something?
Nope its actually more serious. The cable is probably frayed. So what I think is happening is the mouse wires are actually short-circuiting.. USB power is pretty low so i doubt it can blow my PSU but its serious enough for the pc to actually identify the usb as malfunctioning and stop powering it, after 5-6 disconnects and reconnects. After a restart the port is powered again.
There are other symptoms that I have experienced such as very jittery mouse movement.
Good news is i have a CM 8200dpi mouse sitting on the table behind me.. Probably going to set it up tommorow.. As the G400 mouse disconnected again after a few hours of use tonight. Its a write off i guess.
I started using autoit recently.. cant see how the mouse would do any better..
i would aim a little higher than 4000 DPI for 60$
i realise this will get a whole bunch of 'what for' but once you get used to high DPI you will never go back.
i use 11000 DPI and was lots less than the CM Storm Recon
Anybody noticed that both Coolermaster GXII pro are listed on the deal page as the 550w with same part number.
Are the asus monitors any good or should I spend some more and get a Samsung/LG
Looks like an error on the 650w PSU as it's listed as the 550 in the details, but with the picture of the 650w.
Id say it is as the OP has, 650w bronze for $79, and its just an error in the ad details
