  I can confirm this is available at Target Joondalup WA, despite my earlier comment about the call centre suggesting no knowledge.
  Its great as the Vodaphone broadband works a treat where I am despite it being a lot cheaper than Telstra.
  I can also confirm the Telstra prepay is cheaper at Target.
  I went in expecting to pay $250 for my broadband and prepay telephone top up and only forked out $200.

  I was able to get this at Target Strathpine QLD. Some target stores may have had it drop out of their system like Strathpine did.
  It is all stores according to Target's facebook page. This is part of the reply I got "thanks for reaching out to us! That's right! We've got 20% off ALL mobile broadband - this offer is available in all stores." No end date posted unfortunately.
  So advice is post on facebook asking is this a offer like I did before going to the store (or find other peoples messages if you don't have a account there.)

  Just a note: If it has dropped out they wont be able to put in price override codes for recharges. So the manager will need to contact head office for a special override code.

  I bought 2x $130 Optus MB recharges + a $2 MB sim card and saved $52.40.
  The recharges I bought on April 10th expire Mid Feb 2016 so nearly a full year to use them.
