A friend bought this and found it poor. The element was half the size of the cooking basket, and also cooked very slowly compared to Philips Airfryer 2.2L size. To be fair, it may have been a faulty one, because it was really loud when she tirned it on, like an airplane taking off. Couldn't hear her talk over the noise. She is returning it.

Another friend bought the smaller one, again not as fast as Philips airfryer (smaller size) and the fan is a bit louder; the Philips is so quiet you don't notice it. When heating up croissants in the morning, it takes 3 mins to heat up to crispy in the Philips, and the kogan one takes 5-6min.

Also, the kogan one has a 1cm gap around the perimeter of the top, where food can deposit, making it harder to clean. All in all, the smaller kogan is OK functional.
