Found this at my local Big W, and took a quick picture. Not sure if it is only offered in my store but thought I would try and contribute to this site and let everyone know about this great deal! I managed to buy a copy from Eb Games by asking them to price match the game with Big W's price and I got it for $40
This beats ozgameshop's price and Eb's sale price.
I'll be checking this when I go to lunch today (Despite getting it for free last year from Mariokart ;D). Nevertheless, my EB is super lax about pricematching so they'd probably match it regardless.

Damn, pretty compelling price! I think this is the cheapest this has ever been, and given the way Nintendo games hold their prices probably the cheapest it ever will be.
I've seen people get this in the $30 range :( but it mislabeled stick and the price match was ymmv

Mario Kart 8 for $59 at launch with another game was a stupendous deal. Too bad Nintendo haven't done anything similar since.
Played on GC. Don't have a Wii U. Thinking of buying this, for when/if I eventually get a Wii U.
Consider I still have the GC disc + a compatible Wii, is this HD version worth it?
Got this price matched at JB HI FI.
They hesitated at first and called up BIG W to make sure the price was correct, but then made a big fuss about how the deal won't work because BIG W have run out of stock "everywhere". I told them EB was willing to price match and they rather reluctantly said this was the only time they would price match.
