I haven't used this particular pump but it seems like a pretty good deal for an alloy pump with gauge.
I bought a similar one last week from eBay for $30. The cheapest i have seen in stores for this type of pump is $50.

The one I have is absolutely brilliant! Excellent pumping action (reaches 120 psi with no problems whatsoever) and it's solidly built, highly recommended.
As for the price, I bought mine for $25 (i think) but it is easily worth 3 times that price. This one looks the goods for $30, only problem is the $9 shipping…but still, for $39 you will not be able to find a pump of this quality at ANY bike shop or otherwise. The last $20 pump i bought from Big W was absolute rubbish, if that's any indication! Trust me, it's worth spending just a little bit more on a pump like this one.
