Yeah boooooooo! I haven't received my game yet. Almost two months already!!!!!!!!!
Looks like it excludes actual console games which kind of defeats the purpose for a lot of people…
Oh, well that sucks.
yer, I wanted to get captain toad but the discount doesn't work for it
That's the bit of info I needed, cheers.
Yeah does not work but the email i received clearly stating for games too. Maybe for those cardboard games not console games.
Just a warning to fellow toy collectors - I recently ordered an S.H. Figuarts toy from OzGameshop and they sent something entirely different. Clearly they don't understand the difference between different Japanese series of figures and just sent me whatever. The returns process was a nightmare: whoever was responding to their emails on customer service ignored my request to exchange the wrong item for the correct toy and wanted to charge me to send the wrong item back - all the way to the UK. They flat out ignored my description of how they sent the wrong item by mistake, and after numerous annoying emails and me taking photos of the incorrect item alongside photos of the right item that they should have sent me, they agreed to refund my order and pay the returns postage. The refund came via PayPal and they wouldn't pay the fee - the cheek - so I was out $3 and a lot of time to correct their mistake. Be warned.
I'm gonna buy some Wii U and 3DS games soon, does anyone know if this site is reliable?
They are quite reliable. I have even pre-ordered games and received them before their release date.
Mainly good for board games. If you find something in stock and that is well priced.
Five tribes for $72 is about as cheap as it gets currently. How about the prices of "Ticket to Ride" and "7 Wonders"? Each under $60 with the 10% discount.
Have those two games been cheaper than this before?Ever, yes they would have. The AU dollar has a big impact on board game prices, and quite quickly.
To check for current best price, I use this site
Thanks for the link.
MilSims seems to have cheaper prices for many games, but most games are out of stock.
@surm: I've been using gamesempire.com.au recently, although they've bumped up their prices in the new year. Good service and generally pretty good at only offer stock they can source.
I won't Milsims again as they took almost a YEAR to send me 3 games and I had to chase them at every point just to get communication on what is going on.
Gamesempire sent me a copy of Kings of Tokyo that had a heavily dented corner (game stuff was ok, but I wouldn't have bought it in person). They ended up sending me an entirely new copy, even after I offered to send one back. Milsims ignored my emails for weeks at a time. So yes, annecdote over. Thanks for the heads up on gamesempire. I noticed that (Thanks to http://georgina.org/boardgames/) www.365games.co.uk is cheaper than their OzGameShop. Moreover, the same discount code applies to 365games.
I tried to use that link, but the prices never seem to display.
Damn I missed this. Guess I'll have to wait till next code.
Check http://www.365games.co.uk/
It seems to be the same site (UK version). Free shipping to Aus and cheaper prices than their OZ site. Thanks for that. For some reason one of the games does not come up through 365 site. I'll try again tomorrow, maybe I'll have more luck.
