On Wednesday I ordered a item for about $6, while it says free shipping for orders over $25 it said $0 total for shipping when I was checking out. That order was sent and tracking provided on Thursday.
On Thursday I made another purchase of about $15 this time and the shipping total at the checkout was $0 total again. The next day (on Friday) that order was sent and a tracking number was provided for that one too.
Recently they have changed their website to free shipping for orders over $50 (was $25), their eBay still says free shipping for orders over $25 but… if you check out with any item the shipping total is $0.
