Do you need to switch accounts between au and us every time you want to play a us game or can you just install it then play on what ever account your logged in as?
You can play on any account you're logged into once it's purchased and installed. :)
Generally, if you have a lot of trophies on an AU account, just download on the U.S. account and log back into your AU account to play

I believe there's only 2 censored scenes in the game anyway so it's not going to be a huge difference.
Nah there were about 4 or 5 scenes, plus weird little things like the germans didnt have any audio. Nothing drastic, but I enjoyed it enough the first time to consider playing it again to see the difference

I would get it, but it doesn't have any Sexual Violence (ESRB). You would think that with both Strong Sexual Content and Violence they could have put in a bit of extra effort. :p
(Although apparently Cartoon Violence doesn't apply here!)

In case anyone wanted to buy this and doesn't know how. Just create a USA psn id on your ps3 and then on your PC goto Amazon and search for psn card and buy one of the digital codes. The full game is now listed for $19.99 so it make have been a price error.
From their Twitter half an hour ago: "Update: Due to an error, South Park: The Stick of Truth was listed on the US PS Store at an incorrect price. We apologize for the error."
This is a necessity for South Park fans - even anti-RPG ones. They really nailed it.
