    I haven't done anything resembling a direct taste comparison, but I do quite like the maccas ones. Haven't eaten HJ's in quite a while, but I likewise enjoyed their Hash Browns. I do think both were much the same really.

  Or 5 for $5. I saw someone buy 5 on Monday. I thought it would be cheaper to make them at home using frozen Hash Browns.

really? i thought they only had the deal when u bought a meal. u can get extra hash brown for $1 why dont they show prices on their website. also annoys that places like kfc that have their full menu on the board now and no prices. i dont even know what to order.

These are good if you think fries are too healthy ;-)
More fat and sodium, less carbs and protein. At least they use decent cooking oil now.
And their bacon and egg muffins make a good breakfast, thats a bit more balanced.
