curious, how good is the sound bar? will i be blown away or underwhelmed?
I picked up one of the soundbars as well and works a treat. nice sound not tinny like the tv's ones.
Great deals thank ya mate
Anyone able to confirm if the 4k tv will play 4k Netflix? Thanks.
I know the 800 series of UHD Panasonics got an OTA update to enable 4k Netflix support late last year. Not sure if the same applies with this one, though.
Interesting…Philips sound bar looks has world wide warranty!

1 x CR2025 Battery, Power cord, Quick start guide, Remote Control, Safety & Legal Leaflet, Trademarks Sheet, World Wide Warranty leaflet.
Coz a sound bar is the first thing you take when trotting the globe..
Is the Philips Sound Bar with $73?
No, it's instead of $73 in your wallet (unless you shoplift).
The Panasonic 42" smart TV looks good, can you use the code in store? Or must do click and collect?
Answering my own question. The code is for online use only.
I cant get $619 only saw $639?? or am I missing something?
I think OP might have made a typo, $699 - $60 is $639. Need to spend over a grand to get $80 off.
Temped by the 55 inch 4k, but really want to wait for a larger 4k to come down in price.
By the time those prices come right down, 4k with Oculus support will be nearly here anyway, so you may as well leave it till then. But by that time the Microsoft Hologram stuff should be almost ready, and it would better to wait and see, it might kick all normal TV's in the arse OH JUST GO UPGRADE YOUR SHIT*Y OLD TV ALREADY YOU TIGHTARSE, OR YOU'LL BE STUCK IN 2015 WITH AN OLD 2002-ERA CRT LIKE SOMEONE ELSE I KNOW.
"Someone else I know"… WTF.
What a moronic statement to put on-line, we don't know who you know, you say that amongst friends and or family, who actually may know who you mean.
At least name and shame dude, name and shame!whoosh
do u guys think…its a good price for d3300???
Have a look here
http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=D3300+Nikon…For Aus stock and Warranty it's best price
Nikon D3300 price is up to $498 ($448 after cashback)
Add a $2 item which takes it to $500 use code SUN60 To take off $60 so $440 then you get $50 cashback
When I try to add a cheap $2 item (I only found the pre-paid cards), they only offer home delivery and I can't choose local pick up… so it seems like I have to pick delivery to get the extra discount.

Waiting for 80"
Purchased the 55" UHD Panasonic from DSE a couple of days ago. Very happy with it. 60Hz for my PC and plenty of features.
For anyone who buys this The 4K Panasonic please come back to comment on how it performs for you :)
If you're after a 4K TV I would highly recommend the Hisense 50" retailing for about $780. It's a beautiful TV with flawless picture and sound. The TV design is beautiful with minimal bezels and it has one of the smallest and lightest remotes out there.
I resigned myself to wait till at least June before buying a 4K TV. Hopefully I can wait till Jan next year but I'm making no promises. There's just not enough content out at the moment and even if I have a GoPro4 Black to create my own content, it's not like I make movies for a living.
Hopefully by then I can pick up a nice mid year sale bargain on something 65"+ and 100Hz+ with local dimming/back lit.
That is if they don't throw a nasty spanner in the works by releasing an OLED 4K model. Aaaaaaaaargh
Good price for a decent sound bar, thanks OP
